The 10th annual event includes plant-based food and products, speakers, chef cooking demonstrations, mind/body/fitness classes, kids activities & much more. The 2-day festival will be a showcase of 100% vegan innovation, with revolutionary plant-based food, products and fun for kids and adults alike.

What are the hours of the Festival?
11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The 1 train to 18th Street is the closest subway option. The 2/3 at 14 Street, as well as the 4/5/6/N/Q/R at Union Square are also a few minutes' walk away.
Parking during the event can be found at the following local parking areas:
142 West 18th
152 West 18th
136 West 19th
124 West 20th
150 West 20th
122 West 21st
There is also metered street parking available on a limited basis.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable with the exception that if the event is postponed or rescheduled due to COVID, tickets will be honored for the future event or a full refund will be issued.
How much are tickets?
One Day General Admission Tickets: $30 online pre-sale / $40 Door
One Day Student/Military/Senior Citizen Admission Tickets: $20 plus tax with valid ID / $30 plus tax with valid ID
VIP Two Day Admission Tickets: $75 pre-sale only
Kids 10 and under: Free
Reduced $10 end-of-day tickets will be available starting at 4:00pm each day for those interested in checking out some of the exhibitors before the festival ends at 6:00pm.
Tickets at the door are based on venue capacity and preference goes to pre-sale ticket holders.
Will the Festival be held rain or shine?
Yes, our Festival is indoors, so weather will not affect us.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed unless they are service animals.
Are there ATMs at the Festival?
There are no ATMs inside the Pavilion. Plan to bring cash, although most of our vendors do accept credit cards as well.
Is the Festival fully vegan?
Yes, the event is fully vegan (no animal products anywhere). We showcase how delicious, varied, and all-inclusive a cruelty-free lifestyle can be!
COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
We are committed to creating a safe environment for our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, press, partners and staff. We will operate in accordance with official federal, state and local government rules, following CDC guidelines and any additional venue or location specific rules designed to mitigate the spread and contraction of COVID-19.
By registering and attending the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival & Symposium, you agree to follow all our health and safety requirements and protocols while on the premises and at the event. Prior to your arrival, we will communicate any specific requirements to you directly and post them on our event website and on-site event signage. Your failure or refusal to abide by any such requirements will be grounds for your immediate removal.
By attending you agree to voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposures and agree to not hold U.S. Veg Corp, NYC Vegetarian Food Festival or any of their affiliates including partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, and venues liable for any claims related to COVID-19. You also agree to not attend the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival & Symposium if you feel ill or had a recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
Hold Harmless Policy:
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless (and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you hereby expressly release and discharge) (i) U.S. Veg Corp and its equity owners and affiliates; (ii) the Event facility and its owners, affiliates, lessors and lessees; and (iii) official exhibit service contractors and security services (all of the foregoing in clauses (i) through (iii), collectively, “Show Providers”), and each of their respective officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) from and against any and all alleged and/or actual claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, penalties, demands, losses, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), costs or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever (collectively, “Claims”), including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injury, in connection with, caused by or arising out of the attendance at and/or participation in the Event by (A) you, (B) your Representatives (or any other party acting on your behalf), or (C) any of your servants, invitees, patrons or guests (all of the foregoing in clauses (B) and (C),collectively, “Related Parties”), whether as a result of (i) your or any Related Party’s act, omission, negligence or willful misconduct, (ii) your or any Related Party’s violation of any policy of, or breach or alleged breach of any agreement with, U.S. Veg Corp or any other Show Provider, (iii) your or any Related Party’s violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, (iv) your or any Related Party’s infringement of any third party rights, including without limitation, the infringement of any patented, trademarked, franchised or copyrighted music, materials, devices or dramatic rights used or incorporated in the Event by you or any Related Party, or (v) otherwise, and in each case, whether or not foreseeable. This provision shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement.
